It’s definitely an attention grabber and expensive-looking

And that’s all about the vivid green. I feel like you can see the color clarity better in this shot:

And that’s pretty good. I have emeralds like this, and they’re not bad. But this one? Not so much.

I think what you’re seeing there is the result of a nearly 2-ct emerald. They’re not super clear stones anyway, but in that size, you’d pay so much more if the clarity was better and if the color saturation was better.

Still, for the price, you have some wow factor, especially with zircon.

I’ve grown to really appreciate rings with this type of undergallery. My early purchases did not have it, and those rings will dig in a little if there is any swelling in my fingers as the day goes on.

Good comparison! When you put it together like that I can see the bottom one’s color looks flatter to me  I wonder how many exchanges will be required to receive a stone like the top one? :teehee: The person that gets a good one on the first try should be a lottery ticket! :teehee:

    Such a statement ring!

:yay2: zircon! My favorite white stone besides diamond :teehee:

Also, I realize that Gems En Vogue’s signature gold and silver scroll work with emerald stone best (vs other stones) because it’s a rich-looking combo
