April 4, 2023 at 11:12 am EST #352302This is from HSN host Colleen Lopez’s line – she only does shows for her own lines (since last 2 years?)
April 4, 2023 at 12:33 pm EST #352306I actually have Colleen Lopez blue diamonds, and they really really sparkle. Not surprisingly, the blue diamond 1 carat sold out already.
April 4, 2023 at 12:33 pm EST #352307I would think about the champagne diamond one. I think the multiple shades are pretty. But it does depend on what they look like because there, the color matching is important.
April 4, 2023 at 12:34 pm EST #352308Of course, neither the champgane nor the blue have clarity ratings. But here’s the spec:
White Diamond – Round; Color: H-I, Clarity: I2
Ombré (Off-White Light Brown to Dark Brown) Champagne Diamond – Round
Color-Enhanced Blue Diamond – RoundApril 4, 2023 at 12:35 pm EST #352309April 4, 2023 at 12:36 pm EST #352310April 4, 2023 at 1:03 pm EST #352311I picked up the 1/2 carat blue and ombre. I’ll let you know what they look like IRL!
April 8, 2023 at 10:43 am EST #352323Oohhhhh exciting! Can’t wait to hear your verdict, Lady Nine!
Yeah… I wish HSN would include carat, color, and clarity ratings for ALL their diamonds
ShopHQ seems to consistently

April 10, 2023 at 2:51 pm EST #352328Usually when they skip the clarity rating, it’s because the diamond isn’t even rated on the clarity scale. In other words, it’s worse than an I3.
I suspect that’s what happens with the blues especially, which is why they don’t disclose any clarity for them. Take a “white” diamond you don’t want to sell as white because it has a problem, and as long as it has decent cut and clarity and you’ll get a blue one when you irradiate it. The dark blue covers a lot.
They’ll be here tomorrow. I’ll post then!
April 12, 2023 at 11:08 am EST #352330OK! These came in.
The funny thing is that when I try to photograph them, they look the opposite as to how they look in real life.
In real life, the blue one is … dark. And when the light hits, it’s just a blue. But when you photograph it, it has this vivid color:
April 12, 2023 at 11:09 am EST #352331In real life, however, the diamonds are tiny and the black prongs make the tiny stones look dark. Yeah, maybe in some light it will sparkle blue. It does in sunlight. But overall it’s a bit of a miss for me.
