This comes in several sizes:

X-Small: 6-1/4 Fit; measures approximately 6-1/4″L x 1/8″W
Small: 6-3/4″ Fit; measures approximately 6-3/4″L x 1/8″W
Average: 7-1/4″ Fit; measures approximately 7-1/4″L x 1/8″W
Large: 8″ Fit; measures approximately 7-3/4″L x 1/8″W
X-Large: 8-1/4″ Fit; measures approximately 8-1/4″L x 1/8″W

So, yay! Usually, you get one, maybe two sizes.

This is set in sterling, which always makes me think the prices shouldn’t be this high.

For example, a chrome 8ct tennis bracelet is maybe $99 on at least one site. The other site I checked had a bracelet for 17 carats at $225.  7 carats of Tanzanite is around $129, but with this stone, color varies widely.

You will be hard-pressed to find a tennis bracelet in fire opal, blue apatite, or rhodolite garnet because those stones aren’t typically set in tennis bracelets. With the exception of the garnet, all of the gemstones offered today are around 5/6 on the Mohs scale and will scratch or break if banged hard enough. For reference, a garnet is a 7; topaz is an 8; sapphire/ruby is 9; diamond is 10. I’d be 100% comfortable with a garnet, but anything lower will need a bit of care.
