This is a fantastic price for a machine that does multiple things! You can use two modes:

Rapid Cooker mode: Speedi meals, steam and crisp, steam and bake, steam, proof
Air Fry mode: air fry, bake/roast, air broil, dehydrate, sear/saute, slow cook, sous vide
